We have created our vineyards focusing our attention on the most suitable selections in order to get the most of each vine which we match with less vigorous rootstocks.
We take care of our vineyards so that we can get the best yield in relation to the most diverse climatic conditions. In fact, we are well aware that it's not just a matter of good or bad luck, but of ability, care and accurate work as well.
Our vineyards are tended following the principles of integrated fight.
In a world where wines are generally produced with the same grapes, the same technology, the same wood for ageing and above all the same consultants, our aim is to obtain a wine which is the expression of the vineyard it comes from, of the grapes it was made of, and above all of our own ideas.
In order to achieve this, we have chosen a natural approach, with a moderate use of technology, without changing the nature of the wine with special procedures. We have attached new importance to old oak barrel ageing making choices entirely by ourselves.
