Fra Salimbene, in his medioeval chronicles, called them "Li monti de le vigne".

Gentle hills, layed on the right bank of the Taro river, raising up to three hundred meters high, to grant grapes exposed on different sides the privilege of a homogeneous and full ripening.

"Monte delle Vigne" was born here, and it has been natural; seven hectares planted with passion, in the early 70's. It has been our passion, together with love for this land making our dreams come true, here.

Today the hectares are nearly thirty and will grow up to fifty during the next three years.

On the west side barbera and bonarda, red autochthonous known for their expressivity, on the east side malvasia, white grape expriming a peculiar and fine aromaticity.

In the centre of the vineyard the new vinery, projected to get the best qualitative result from what Nature is offering us.

We are only too pleased to offer hospitality to wine lovers, professionals, and all those who are interested in finding out about our history and our work - the fruit of years of passion - or those who simply wish to pass an enjoyable day in the midst of nature, sharing the pleasure of a tasting experience.

The tour includes:

tour of the vineyards
tour of the wine-making cellars;
tour of the barrel room;
tour of the bottling rooms;
final tasting.

It is also possible to choose between various types of tasting that include one or more wines paired with the tasting of typical products.

Tours must be booked and the reservation confirmed a week in advance.

To this end, a request should be sent either by e-mail or fax indicating the date, time, number of persons and type of tasting selected.
