The Cellars of Cantine Bonifacio are in the heart of Venosa's vineyards and in the largest area of production of 'Aglianico grapes, and we act with the clear purpose to bring a vintage wine in those niche markets where have people taste and appreciate this inestimable resource of our land.

Our cellars have the privilege to be in the middle of our own vineyards, so that all the production cycle of our wine is thouroghly controlled, in order that we can put on the market a high quality product, with almost no tratment and in respect of nature, the product itself and the final consumer.

Cantine Bonifacio vineyards spread on more than 15 hectares, all coltivati with Aglianico, which are located in the locality of "Piani di Camera" in Venosa.

This is the largest area of production of Aglianico around the Mount Vulture because is ideal for the kind of land and the climate to produce Aglianico grapes.
