A wonderful medieval castle, built on the ruins of a Roman castle, characterized the nice town of Moniga del Garda, also appreciated for its picturesque narrow alleys and ancient buildings.
Immersed in a hilly area cultivated with olive groves and vineyards, it is well-known for its wines, both "chiaretto" and "rosso".
The Church of Madonna della Neve, built in the second half of the XVI century in Romanesque style, is located between the Garda lake and the historic centre of the town.
