Besides during the best vintage on produces two high quality wines: Vernaccia di San Gimignano Riserva "I MOCALI" and Toscana Rosso I.G.T. Supertuscans "SODI LUNGHI".

Mocali is got from a selection of the best grapes of the wine Vernaccia di San Gimignano in the vineyard called I MOCALI from hier the name of the wine.

It makes alcoholic fermentation into French oak barrels where it stay for 11 months.

From this grapes and with 5% Chardonnay and 5% Vermentino, born another wine called FONTABUCCIO that is made 70% into stainless steel and 30% into the oak barrels for 6 months.

SODI LUNGHI instead is obtained from the grapes of Sangiovese and Canaiolo from the vineyard called "Solatio" where the vines grow with difficulty on a stony ground there the vine produces few locks of grapes obtaining so a high quality wine after a period of about 14 months mellower into to the oak barrels.
