How to get around in Campania

BUS
Buses that have an agreement with the Consorzio Unicocampania link the main provincial towns with the Region's main tourist destinations and seaside resorts (www.unicocampania.it).

CIRCUMFLEGREA AND CUMANA
These are the railway lines that link Naples with the Phlegrean area, run by SEPSA (www.sepsa.it).

CIRCUMVESUVIANA
Circumvesuviana trains provide links with the suburbs of Naples as well as with Pompeii and Sorrento (www.vesuviana.it).
The too-to-train is a programme of initiatives offered by the Circumvesuviana enabling tourists to discover the Region's rural civilisation and its most famous places.

UNDERGROUND AND FUNICULARS
Three undergound lines and fourfunicular railways provide links with the inner city of Naples: Metronapoli (www.metro.na.it) runs Line 1 (Piscinola-Dante) and Line 6 (Mostra-Mergellina) of the underground and the four funiculars (Montesanto, Chiaia, Centrale and Mergellina). Line 2 (Piazza garibaldi-Pozzuoli) is run by Trenitalia (www.trenitalia.it).
