The "Museo del Mare" is the only nautical museum reality in a city of ancient seafaring traditions as Naples. The museum with its exhibition spaces, educational routes and interactive applications retrieves and disseminates the maritime culture. It is a benchmark of knowledge in Naples nautical tradition providing a response to the request for cultural identity of citizens.
It's the place of memory seafood.

Knowledge is an adventure of the spirit that can be lived by those who are well prepared to look especially among books or in a museum.
In a museum like this, everyone can give wings to the imagination and enter into the immense universe of the sea; because the sea is the oldest source of life, is the horizon on the mystery, is an open door on the dreams that reflect on water. The objects it contains will animate and enchantment for the adventurous becomes Captain Nemo, navigator Colombo, the fisherman Achab, the child Peter Pan, the practical engineer and guests of this Museum become all Captains!
