"Residenzia del Sogno" is located in the heart of Chianti Classico Gallo Nero area. It lies on a gentle rolling hill overlooking the entire valley.
The main building has been restored while retaining the characteristics of the old building (ceilings with chestnut beams, handmade stone tiled floors) and at the same time the living quarters have every comfort.

Surrounded by vineyards, it is on the old Chianti road between Firenze and Siena.

Easily reachable from the motorway, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the area.

Rooms and apartments, furnished with a hint of traditional tuscan style, are equipped with bathtub or shower, TV Sat, air conditioning, safe and hairdryer. All flats are maintained in the rustic style, the bedcovers, the towels and the linen are all provided. Kitchens are fully furnished ( Cook top with oven, fridge, dishes, glasses, pots, cutlery ). Waking up in the morning you will enjoy the magnificent view of the valley as well as the smell of country herbs. A rich, healthy home made breakfast is prepared daily and served in the "caminetto" room. At the sunset, you can relax on the terrace with a nice glass of Chianti, while cooking by yourself a"bistecca fiorentina" on the BBQ. The swimming pool, just up the main building, is surrounded by aromatic herbs and fruit trees, and overlooks the landscape.
