Hotel Santa Chiara overlooks the Gran Canal and Piazzale Roma (the only part of Venice reachable by car). It is in front of the train station and really near to the cruise terminal and few minutes by car from the Marco Polo airport. It is the only hotel in Venice with private parking (on request only)!!! The hotel location is unique and It is the easiest one to reach ( so you don't need to drag your luggage trough the alleys looking for the hotel). It is few minutes walk from San Marco square ( or few minutes by water bus, which stops almost in front of the hotel). The breakfast room, the bar and the Hall overlook the Grand Canal. Our Annex Residenza Parisi is situated about 151 meters form the main historical building, there we have our classic room. Which rates are not inclusive of breakfast

The Deluxe rooms are decorated with 30's and 40's years style but with a touch of modernity. Rooms are very spacious (some of them can be triple) and have tissues on the walls, wooden floor, leatherinsertsand exotic woods inlays, tv with USB and HDMI connection, wi-fi, tea and coffee machine, minibar, heating system, air conditioning, telephone and hair-dryer.The most of them have a partial view on the water (Grand Canal or Rio Novo) or overlook Piazzale Roma.
Deluxe rooms with view on Grand Canal
The deluxe rooms with view on Grand Canal are very spacious and have tissues on the walls, parquet, leather inserts and exotic wood inlays, tv with USB and HDMI connection, wi-fi, tea and coffee machine, minibar, heating system, air conditioning, telephone and hair-dryer. They overlook directly Grand Canal.
Classic Rooms
The classic rooms are in the dependance,150 mt. from the main building. All the rooms overlook a private courtyard (they don't have view on water). They are very spacious ( big enough to host upto 4 people).
and are decorated with tissue on the walls and Murano glass chandeliers.
All rooms have private bathroom with shower, heating system, air conditioning, minibar, safe, wi-fi, satellite tv, hair-dryer and telephone. All of them are accessible to disabled people!!! The prices of these rooms are not inclusive of breakfast
