Museums of Paleontology, Mineralogy, Zoology and Anthropology at the University Federico II

The 50.000 finds of the Museum of Paleontology dates back to 1800 when the Museum of Mineralogy, besides mineral and rock samples was enriched with samples of paleontological interest. In the zoology section the samples are displayed as follows Sponges, insects, madrepores, birds, acranios and vertebrata. The Museum of Anthropology deals with the physical and cultural evolution of the man in the different areas of the world.
