"Il Ritrovo" (The Meeting) restaurant is located in the rustic district of Montepertuso, far from the lights and the glamour of Positano; here you can enjoy dishes that, respecting the tradition and the Mediterranean cuisine, enhance the simplicity and the of the ingredients.

A large and welcoming dining room, a characteristic pergola with dried little tomatoes and a beautiful exposition of wines, cheeses and cakes will welcome you in a very family atmosphere.

Together with a couple of friends, who already knew this restaurant, we have a portion of large selection of local salami, cheese, mozzarella and grilled vegetables; one of Paccheri pasta of Gragnano with Sorrento walnuts and provolone cheese (this is a typical autumnal dish that combines two different and sharp flavors, creating a successful and pleasant combination) and a wonderful grilled t-bone Fiorentina steak with roast potatoes (it is preferable that this second dish is ordered by two persons due to its abundance).

A good "Radici" Taurasi Riserva DOCG 1997, from Mastroberardino wine-cellars (soft, dry and velvety flavored) has accompanied us until the dessert, a warm chocolate pie... a perfect conclusion for a very nice evening, thanks to the excellent dinner, the company of old friends and the very genuine atmosphere.
