Our restaurant, located on the ground floor of a restored 16th century townhouse, has two rooms with seating for 10 and 20 as well as reserved areas which can accommodate from 10 to 35 diners
Our menu is intrinsically tied to the territory and to the bounty of the seasons. We use only the freshest produce and local products thus our menu varies according to the ingredients we find available.
Specialties include risotto, in particular " paniscia novarese", a traditional dish of the area and "tapulone", typical of Borgomanero.
We also offer a wide selection of local cheeses such as Gorgonzola. Tome della Valsesia, and Bettelmat as well as many other Italian cheeses.
Our desserts (bonet, crème caramel, semifreddi) are all homemade.
We have a cellar of fine wines with 200 labels representing the different regions of Italy, with particular attention to the Piedmont and wines produced locally.
