Guests dining at Torre Saracena's restaurant eat on verandas and terraces from where to enjoy fabulous views of the sea and the Faraglioni of Capri.
The menus, in which the freshest local fish is always the major protagonist, are created by Chef Domenico Guarracino, who jealously guards the secrets of his own personal interpretation of Capri's culinary tradition.

To be tasted: Guarracino's legendary pezzogna all'aqua pazza, but also his fish soup with scorpion fish and cherry tomatoes and, of course, the simply sublime Ravioli Capresi.

The restaurant boasts an excellent selection of wines, including all of the region's superb whites, the ideal accompaniment for the fish dishes present on the menu.

Torre Saracena's restaurant is open for lunch from April to October.
The restaurant is also open on Saturday evenings, by reservation only. Torre Saracena is pleased to host every genre of banquet and special event.
Torre Saracena's bathing establishment is a private oasis; an intimate, secluded place on the island of Capri where to pass days by the sea in total comfort and tranquillity.

The bathing establishment has its own private white pebble beach, equipped with sun loungers, beach towels, and beach umbrellas, a wonderful spot where to laze in the sunshine or play in Capri's marvellously clear waters with your children.
On the terraces, built on a series of wooden platforms, there are beach cabins, changing rooms, showers, and a number of attractive pergolas which offer shade during the hottest hours of the day.

American bar
Torre Saracena's American Bar, open until sunset, offers a range of refreshing cocktails and the day's specials. A selection of delicious light snacks are always available, including a variety of salads, such as the famous Insalata Caprese, panini, toasted sandwiches, seasonal fruit, cakes, and ice-creams.
