The Stube Hermitage Restaurant is situated inside Bio-hotel Hermitage, completely renovated in 1999 according to the bio-architecture standards.

Since winter 2007 we have decided together with our Chef, Paolo Cappuccio, to fulfil another dream that has been for a long time in our hearts: a proposal for researching cooking in a mountain environment, a real refuge with a fireplace. We propose dinners for minimum of 6 persons for the excitement of simply being toghether.
The genuine cuisine is the result of a desire to transmit emotions to those who visit us and to give pleasure that will live in their hearts. It's a simple and creative combination that makes us relive past emotions and makes the present time unique. It's a touching emotion, a joy to share.
