Description

The wine producing facilities are completely underground located beneath the house. The facility was created using the most modern equipment for grape selection and wine making. The area has been made famous by the reputation of the Sangiovese vines that produce wines that mesmerize wine lovers.

The wines that are produced here, once poured in a glass, give the drinker a felling for the magic of area and express the sun, the land and the care of the farmer.

In fact, it is the Company's primary aim to uncover the resources that this land possesses and express these qualities in roducing a uniquely distinctive wine. Once the company has revealed the qualities of the Romagna land with its young and tasty wines it will begin to focus on producing oak cask matured vintages, appealing to the wine connoisseur.

With the care given to the vineyards combined with the practise of a low grape volume, a quality is given to the grape, which when added with careful choice of harvest time creates the basis for a product which is further enhanced and refined during the wine making process.

This is the wine producing philosophy that motivates the company. The whole complex has been designed and created in order to be able to perform in house each step of the wine producing process: grapes are destalked and dropped into the stainless steel vats, where temperature controlled fermentation takes place. Racking takes place during the following 14/15 days, the wine then goes through the process of malolattic fermentation and is finally stored for a period of 10/12 months both in wooden barrels and tanks according to the final product requirements. Before being bottled the wine undergoes a mild clearing and filtration. The wine is further aged in glass for at least 3 months and only after this period the product is sold onto the market.
