This restaurant is situated in Asiago, about 55km north from Vicenza (Italy). Asiago is a small town surrounded by beech and fir woods far from chaos and pollution; it is the ideal destination fro mushroom and cross-country skiing enthusiasts.

In a little road just in the surroundings, close to the small tourist airport, you'll find this nice restaurant with its cosy, friendly and familiar atmosphere. Its dishes recall the area, the seasons and the traditions of the Asiago Plateau.

The service is accurate, elegant and refined. Strictly according to seasons and traditions, the restaurant proposes regional and neighbouring dishes. The chefs usually employ typical produces such as dried salted cod, Asiago cheese, dried meat, mountain asparaguses and mushrooms.

You can taste slad on crisp basket, stuffed pasta, Vicenza-style dried salted cod, grilled cheese, dried fruit sorbets on teaspoon, chocolate pie.

All dishes are the result of passion and research; hams and cured pork are top quality as well as mozzarella and wild herbs.

Moreover you can taste a great barley soup, speck (a kind of smoked ham) with potatoes and dandelion, tasty green tagliatelle with mushrooms and quail eggs; as far as meat is concerned you can choose among grilled pork meat, venison fillet with juniper, sweet snail; then we offer local Alpine cheese and very good fresh fish on Friday.
