"Lucibello" boat rental was founded by Salvatore Lucibello, a skilful fisherman who, during the forties, hard times, bought two rowing boats and started this job. In time, the building of the first ferries for the transport of mail and few tourists, who carne to the Amalfi coast, drove him to build an own bigger boat, in order to meet these reouirements. Thanks to the collaboration of his children, the business developed a lot and boasted a large number of boats. Today "Lucibello" is still famous all over the world and has a certain prestige, result of the efforts of his cnildren and grandehildren, who work with great professionalism.
