Description

An ancient rural village in the heart of Italy was transformed into a valuable accommodation centre thanks to an ambitious architectural project.

The challenge was to renovate the old country houses next to Castello di Lanciano, in Castelraimondo (Macerata) and turn them into an enchanting "Relais Wellness" 4 stars, whilst preserving the environment, nature and local traditions.

The estate at Borgo di Lanciano is made up of two parts. A more ancient part, where the central hotel building including reception and a small church are located; and a more modern part, which includes the restaurant "I Due Angeli", Lanciano Research Centre, Kimben Wellness Centre, with new hotel rooms and the Training Centre. The Relais lies within a large park, which guarantees silence, peace and a stirring of emotion.

Characterized by refined furniture, painstaking details and high quality services, Borgo di Lanciano is a very fine example of local architecture, offering services for leisure tourism and business; a building which attracts not only the attention of guests in search of nature hotspots, but also of those who want to experience our wellness centre' services and a rekindling of traditional values. A different way of enjoying time and space.

Kimben Wellness Centre, with its particular and unique multi-sensory path, gives Borgo di Lanciano's guests the chance to try treatments and unique experiences and to enjoy a total relax and psycho-physic wellness.
