Description

It is located on the outskirts of a Mediterranean-style village, on the sea. The nice sandy Mezzaluna beach is only 300 metres distant from the residence. In the neighbours, you will find markets, butcher's shops, greengrocer's shops, fishmonger's shops, newspaper kiosks, restaurants, pizzerias and what ever else useful for enjoying your trip. The restored structure is made up of several furnished flats, with all comforts, such as the kitchenette with dishes, toilet with a shower box, TV, a furnished external veranda, a baby park, car parking.Flat 2 ? 1: made up of a veranda furnished of a table and resin chaises, for the people who want to have an open-air lunch, dining-room with kitchenette, wooden table and chaises, refrigerator, double bedroom, armchair becoming the third bed, toilet with shower box. Flat 2 ? 3: made up of a veranda furnished of a table and resin chaises for the people who want to have an open-air lunch, dining-room with kitchenette, wooden table and chaises, refrigerator, double bedroom,
little bedroom with bunk-bed, a movable bed becoming the fifth bed, toilet with shower box.

N.B.: the flats have to be left cleaned as you have found them.

If you love good table, this is the right place for you, because here the past farmer recipes, the rich and savour typical dishes, includes both fish and meat. After all, every dish is accompanied by excellent local wines. The several almond and fig desserts will close this delightful table.Cheeses too are very good: "mozzarelline", "caciotte", "caciocavallo", "scamorze", produced in the local farmhouses.

Breakfast: 7.00 am - 11.00 am. The service is not guaranteed afterwards.

The apartments will be handed over to our guests at the stipulated time in an excellent state both regarding the functionality, the esthetics and the cleaning inside and outside the apartments.

The residence is located 400 metres from the centre and from the stores ... an inviting walk alongside the sea.

una vacanza veramente meravigliosa

Overall experience:

con la mia famiglia ho visitato molti residence in puglia, ma questo, per la gentilezza e la simpatia e la competenza del personale che li gestisce, per la bellezza del posto, per la tranquillità, per la comodità degli appartamenti è sicuramente tra i migliori. Bravi, continuate così.
