La Corte Albertina is a historical residence transformed into a cosy hotel to create a harmonious environment; a peaceful place, where guests can enjoy the charm of a bygone age, alongside complete comfort. A romantic courtyard leads you through a gracious wooden front entrance into the hall.
You immediately sense the atmosphere of a hospitable private home, where the warm surroundings and rich furnishings create a pleasing and stimulating harmony, totally different from the usual hotel atmosphere. There you will be welcomed by our staff, ready to take care of your every need.
Federica and Luca, the young managers of the hotel since 2003, can suggest itineraries to help you learn more about the culture and cooking of Piedmont. They will fascinate you with stories of the history of Pollenzo, this ancient little village which retains its Leopardian atmosphere of the "Sabato del Villaggio" (Village Saturday).
Along with the taste of the old, you will also meet the new: Pollenzo has been the seat of the famous University of the Gastronomic Science of Slow Food for two years now, as well as the Wine Bank. Thanks to its many initiatives, Pollenza has had an international feel for some time now and knows how to welcome visitors from all over the world.
Pollenza is rapidly becoming an important and attractive tourist centre because of its culture of teaching culinary excellence.
The square close by La Corte Albertina Hotel is a new centre of Piedmontese tourism and provides a well adapted stage for important events.
So we warmly welcome you. We also need you to help spread our reputation around the world. Your good recommendation is the best possible visiting card for future visitors, in search of authentic experiences.
