At La Clotze, natural cooking is given great importance; there is a menu dedicated to those who follow vegetarian and macrobiotic diets.

Inside the restaurant two rooms are dedicated to the wine cellar; one for red wines, the other for whites, spumantes, champagnes and desert wines.

We have approximately 800 labels in our cellar: the choice includes wines that have reached worldwide fame and wines from Aosta Valley, Mont-Blanc producers and others that we have discovered during our travels and that we have put on our wine list because we believe that they are exceptional.

One can also find wines from organically grown grapes, from "ancient-vivification" methods, and above all wines that respect nature and the type of grapes from which they come... all in all a nice "melange", a fun game, an occasion to show as Veronelli used to say " the only rule is that there are no rules".
