We admit it: To a large extent, the praise heaped upon our idyllic little island of relaxation should really be given to Mother Nature. She created the incomparable sunny terrace high above the Etsch/Adige Valley. A recreational landscape which has remained true to its agricultural roots.
In this traditional inn, traditional South Tyrolean cuisine is still respected and enjoyed. Fresh, wholesome ingredients are of course essential, and that's why long-time guests are willing to make the slight detour in order to enjoy the delicious spleen dumplings, the dumplings stuffed with forest mushrooms, the venison medallions with baked apples, and the tasty hashed potatoes.
