The restaurant has 3 wine cellars naturally climatized. There are about 25.000 bottles with 3300 labels. We go from apulian wines to wines from the New Continent and we own bottles from incredible years wich are hard to find both italian and french. It is impossible to write down on a computer the full list. This is an example of some of the best.
