You will be welcomed to the hotel by Daniele, Michela and Elisa, of the Lucia "Petito" family, part of the Cadorino community for over 700 years and devoted protectors of the Ladino-Cadorino language and culture that has been preserved for centuries within these valleys. The Ladino language is considered a Romance language derived from the Latin which came to this region with the romanization that began between the second and first century B.C.

The warm and welcoming furnishing of the common spaces are the result of experience within a long tradition of craftsmanship which has turned woodworking into an art; a tradition which even includes Grandpa Bernardo, who shaped the Bar's furnishings with his own hands. Inside the Hotel, including rooms and bathrooms, smoking is prohibited. The Hotel Roma offers its guests an ample sitting room, reading room and TV lounge. Pets are not allowed.
In homelike surroundings and a welcoming atmosphere, you'll enjoy Italian cuisine as well as the Ladino-Cadorino culinary tradition. Along with baked pasta and stuffed pasta, with squash ravioli cooked in wine, the Chef will prepare the typical canederli in broth, casunziei, savory orzo soup or stewed venison. There is an abundance of grilled vegetables, risotto, roasts. Like all the main courses, the pasta, as well as the gravies for meat and game, are homemade. Great care is taken by the Lucia family in the selection of vegetables, fruit, meat and wine.
