The hotel, set in a shady garden, has twelve rooms with their own bathroom and heating, ideal for relaxation. The restaurant, consisting of a large banquet room and an ample terrace in the garden, offers dishes in the best Tuscan tradition and an excellent wine list.

The restaurant offers simple dishes typical of the Tuscan tradition, in which extravirgin olive oil and "odori" (onion, garlic, parsley, celery, carrot, sage, etc.) are the basis of meat dishes, sauces and vegetables. Our cook takes special care in the choice of foods to cook, as she would in her own home. Vegetables, meat and game are served fried, stewed or roasted. Tarts and almond biscuits are home made, as are certain types of pasta.
Do not miss the pasta with boar sauce or garlic sauce, the bean and cabbage soup, the roast suckling pig, the stewed boar, the Sienese fried foods or the boar chops. Fish can also be served, by arrangement.
The restaurant has a wine list with more than 200 labels, carefully chosen from central and southern Tuscany, including "Supertuscans", Chiantis and emerging wines. Supertuscans include Tignanello by Antinori, il Cabreo, il Borgo and il Sassicaia from San Guido, il Pareto from Nozzole, l'Avvoltore by Moris and Brunello di Montalcino by Altesino; emerging wines include those from the areas of Montecucco and Monteregio, as well as Morellino.
