The Hotel was born in 1964 as a small restaurant, for 40 years it has been developed and modernised. Last year, the Hotel has been completely refurbished with the aim to upgrade to 4 star.

This is now the 3rd generation to guaranty you with personal and friendly atmosphere.

All bedrooms and suites have been redecorated and refurbished during the 2006-2007 winter.

The Hotel Corallo offers three different room topologies:

Comfort:

These double bedrooms have been decorated with warm Mediterranean colours. They all have a private bathroom and bath. All Comfort rooms heve small outside balconies, some have a view over the characteristic Spanish tower situated only 50 meters away from the hotel.

Superior:

The elegant Superior bedrooms, some including sofa beds, are all furnished in a contemporary style. The doors open on an exclusive terrace furnished with table and chairs for your breakfast and sun beds from which you will enjoy the most spectacular sea view of the Marina and beach.

Deluxe:

The spacious deluxe bedrooms and suites are furnished and decorated on an original "Coral" theme. The main asset lays in their very large terraces. These are partially shaded including an outside lounge, table and chairs for romantic candlelit dinners and a private deck for sunbathing.

Corallo Suite:

The Corallo suites are the most prestigious ones. They have 2 separate bedrooms that share one large bathroom with 2 marble sinks and bath. Each room has its direct access to an incredible 70 mq. private terrace. The terrace is furnished with rattan furniture and also includes an exclusive Jacuzzi.

Our restaurant is an example of Sardinian and Italian gastronomic Cuisine offering the highest quality products and an original touch of international creativity.

Our Executive Chef Angelo Pittui will propose our guest a daily menu with a large range of succulent dishes.

Our daily menu always proposes an alternative and varied choice of fish, meat and vegetarian dished. Moreover, every week, Angelo will prepare a special traditional Sardinian Evening, which will offer our guests an opportunity to taste some of the traditional Sardinian delicacies like the "Roasted Suckling Pig".

To accompany this extraordinary dinner, we suggest our guests to taste some of the best local red wines such as the famous Cannonau, Nepente or the "best" Turriga.

Dinner are usually served on our panoramic terrace.

Wine Pleasures: In 2006, we have created a wine cellar which features over 100 Sardinian wines. Beside offering our guests a chance to taste some of the best local wines with their meals, we also organise weekly wine tasting sessions to initiate our guests in wine tasting techniques and in a very friendly and pleasant atmosphere to learn more about Sardinian culture and traditions.
