Our cook, Giuseppe, is very selective about what he puts in his saucepans. One reason why his dishes are so delicious is that he uses vegetables and spices from our own garden.Under his creative hands, these fresh and natural ingredients are transformed into a vast choice of culinary delicacies.

The call of the mountain. In summer, the hotel manager himself takes his guests on tours into amazing landscapes and up to awe-inspiring peaks.
And, since he believes good humour is essential, he radiates it not only on such outings, but also at picnics, concerts, candlelight dinners or barbecues. In winter, we organize exciting ski races during which ambitious skiers compete for the top rankings. All this takes place practically on our doorstep: the famous Kronplatz/Plan de Corones ski carousel is just 50 yards away.
