Description

The Borghese Palace Art Hotel has opened in 2006 in the centr of Florence, between Santa Croce Square and Duomo Square, inside the Borghese Palace, the Italian residence of Paolina Bonaparte, at a distance of 100 metres from the Bargello museum. In an amazing combination of maximum technological comfort and respect for tradition, the environment of elegancy and refinement, typical of the XIIIth century, is enriched by a wide selection of unique contemporary art.

In the midst of the artistic and cultural heritage of the city, among the elegant shopping streets and Florentine art, it offers its guests exclusive hospitality.

The Borghese Palace Art Hotel has 22 rooms (single, classic, superior and exclusive) and 3 junior suites, some of which equipped for the disabled, with parquet floor and aluminium details, leather beds (made according to the finest Florentine tradition), cristal basins and panoramic showers.

All of the rooms have been decorated and personalized with bas-reliefs, evidence of the artistic vocation of the hotel, and offer its guests every comfort: minibar, telephone, LCD tv, pay tv, internet access, electronic safe and air conditioning.

Quality and professionality are the main characteristics of our American bar, ideal for moments of relax, reading and conversation with its champagnerie, its rich selection of teas and infusions, internactional cocktails and snacks.

At the third floor, a little and cosy terrace on the old roofs of Florence is available for romantic candlelight dinners and renaissance breakfasts, and offers its guests a wonderfull view of Fiesole, Piazzale Michelangelo, and the nearby cupola of majestic Duomo.

The Wellness Centre is located in the ancient cellar of the building, under the original vaults with finely restored rafters and architraves: the ideal place to relax after a day of shopping and culture. A sauna, Turkish bath, HydroSpa Jacuzzi, clothing rooms, a gym with technogym equipment are available. On request: body and facial treatments (m/f) and massages (classic, shiatsu, ayurvedic and relaxing etc.).
