The agriturismo San Marcello can accommodate 15 persons + 5 children and it is only 8 km far from Siena. It is ideal for those who love the countryside and it offers a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere and a wonderful panorama. It is part of a farm with 40 cultivated hectares (cereal, excellent Chianti Classico wine and extravergine oil of olive) and 30 hectares of wood; it is surrounded by the city of Siena (west) and Chianti's hills (east). A nice country road leads to the farm, which is 800 metres far from the council road.

IL FIENILE - (100 square metres)
A restored barn ideal for 2/3/4 persons, it has a combined kitchen (4 rings, refrigerator without freezer), with a pointed arch and a typical fireplace, two double bedrooms, ante bathroom and bathroom (shower). Private farmyard with table, sunshade and deckchairs. Behind the barn, a rotunda with barbecue.If requested, we can add in each bedroom a folding bed (for person under 14) or a cradle.
IL CASALINO - ( 100 square metres)
a small house detached from the Barn and the Main House, which comprises a 100-square-metre flat, suitable for groups of 4 people (2 beds for children under 12 can be added); the flat is on the ground floor and is accessed directly from the garden. It comprises a large fully-fitted kitchen (table with marble top and wooden benches seating eight to ten people, gas stove with 4 rings + electric oven, sink with two bowls, single-door fridge; distinctive working fireplace for the winter); a bright lounge with wide windows, accessed from the kitchen through an archway; from the lounge the sleeping quarters are accessed, which include two double bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with double bed or, upon request, twin beds), dressing room and bathroom with shower cabin, toilet, basin, and bidet.
IL CASALE (130 square metres)
Situated close to the main house, ideal for 2/3/4/5 person: downstairs, it has a double bedroom with bathroom (shower), refrigerator. Upstairs, a double bedroom with bathroom (shower), a fully furnished kitchen (4 rings, oven, refrigerator with freezer) and a nice sitting room with a panoramic view of Siena. If requested, we can add a folding bed or a cradle either in the bedroom or in the sitting room. Outside, a small farmyard with table, sunshade and chairs.
LA LIMONAIA (70 square metres)
