The "Borgo Storico Seghetti Panichi" lies on the hill along the valley of the River Tronto. The view offers a wide panorama ranging from the towering heights of the Sibillini Mountanis and the Gran Sasso peak, down to the Appennine hills, gently sloping down towards the turquoise Adriatic Sea. The historic compound, built in different periods, is formed of the Relais Villa, an ancient medieval fortress, which was adapted into a country residence in the XVIII c; the San Pancrazio Cottage and other buildings recently restored dating back to the XVUII and the XIX c, sheltered by the ancient perimeter walls of the castle. The Oratory, built in 1608, is decorated with precious frescoes attributed to the Biagio Miniera school. The Villa is surrounded by a historic garden of rare beauty, commissioned by the ancestors of the Seghetti Panichi family and planted between 1875 and 1890 by the renowned botanist and landscape gardener Ludwig Winter.

Today the Borgo is a peacful shelter from daily life, where attention for details and quality service are blended with culture and tradition. Guests can choose among ten suites furnished with antique pieces and offering a complete range of facilities: five suites in the Relais Villa and five separate apartment suites (duplexe) with bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchenette, in the San Pancrazio Cottage. The restaurant "La Quintana", the coffee house, the bookshop, meeting rooms, the swimmingpool and sauna together with the historic gardens, complete the compound. All suites with telephone, satellite TV, electronic safe, minibar and air-conditioning. One apartment suite, la Sibilla , is equipped for handicapped people. Internet point is available at the office of the Borgo.
The attraction of the Villa is its elegance and refinement in a tranquil and reserved atmosphere where guests feel at home. The living room with its welcoming settees and fireplace, the billiard room, the small sitting room for reading and listening to music. The Venezia dining room opens in the evening for those who wish to enjoy local recipes, produce from the kitchen garden and wines from the family cellar. The corridor, leading to the ground floor, passes through a large window to the garden, where in summer there is a restaurant service for unforgettable dinners under the stars.
On the first floor the landing with the library and old family portraits leads to the five suites: Gigli, Winter, Orientale, Blu e Roma
Sheltered by the ancient perimeter walls of the Borgo, the San Pancrazio Cottage dates back to 1600. An elegant restoration, using typical local materials, such as the Marches Cotto and Ascoli Travertine, has allowed the creation of five separate apartment suites duplex: Sibilla, Lorenzo Lotto, Tronto, Carlo Crivelli e Adriatico. The Cottage is sorrounded by the Mediterranean garden where the Borgo swimming pool, gymnasium and restaurant "La Quintana" are located. The structure is equipped for handiccaped.
The Borgo offers its guests a restaurant service with traditional recipes and local produce of the Marches. Other services available include: high quality laundry, babysitting, massage, beauty treatment with reliable staff recommended by the house.
The gym, located in a small building next to the swimming pool, is equipped with exercise bike, Swedish wall bars, floor exercise equipment. It is completed with a sauna, usable on request. There is also a bathroom equipped for people with disabilities, also available to pool users.
