Our pool "BELLOSGUARDO" (BEAUTIFUL VIEW) is situated , as the countess Ada Telfner said in 1918 , in a most wonderful position where one can best enjoy the warmth of the sun and the spectacular views. This pool is exclusively for the Castle and Villa Ada guests.
In an old part of the stables we have a small gym with exercise machines. The gym and the sauna are open to all our guests at no extra charge.Next to the Castle we have Villa Ada. A fine house dating back to the late Victorian period, furnished with elegance and grace, terracotta flooring and soft neutral colours, this house reflects the warm hospitality of the Umbrian tradition. The house also has reception and conference rooms suitable for business and social engagements.
Since 1978 we have held here receptions and gala events. This large room, used until the mid 1900s as an "orangerie "takes its name from Ligaccione Ranieri 's notable work entitled " Perugia della bella epoca ". Over the the years work has been carried out but always honouring the original style. The hall is equipped with its own appliances and staff able to provide all that is necessary for receptions for guests up to 280.
Set in 252 hectares of land surrounded by centuries old trees with organic farming and farm animals this country house, made up of self contained apartments was last re-structured in 1988.
