Molise's mountains are the most pure and untouched ones in Italy, with no doubt.Matese mountains are the most important calcareous massif of the whole peninsula, both for its extensiona and for its waters. Campitello Matese is a renowned ski resort, together with Capracotta, equipped with two ski facilities, for both alpine and cross-country skiing.Another important Mountain massif is that one of Mainarde, characterized by deep scars and forgotten atmosphere, related to bucolic world.
