Trasimeno Blues organization is working to set up the XIV festival edition that will bring a lot of surprises to his affectionate audience. In the meantime the dates of the next edition are confirmed: it will start the 23th of July to end the 2nd of August and it will bring the magic atmosphere of the blues music travelling across the beautiful localities around the Trasimeno Lake. It is not official yet but the festival organization is going to present the 2009 artistic programme during the first days of May when a big Premiere will take place in Castiglione del Lago.

For eleven days during the end of July and the start of August, the biggest international blues stars will shine bringing a no-stopping flow of beats across the nine towns that participate to the project: Castiglione del Lago, Città della Pieve, Magione, Paciano, Panicale, Passignano, Piegaro, Tuoro e Corciano. Twenty stages in the fashionable contest of the natural landscape and historical - artistic venues will host more then 30 concerts. Thanks to the support of local governments the most of concerts will have a free entry except the main concert at the Medieval Castle of Castiglione del Lago and some midnight concerts at the local live music clubs.
