Pietrasanta

The third edition of the International Music Festival of Pietrasanta, ideated by Maestro Michael Guttman, presents international renown artists, many of them for the first time in Italy.
The programme features 9 concerts: two free concerts in piazza del Duomo and seven in the Cloister of Sant'Agostino.

24/7, S. Agostino's Cloister: "Quel fenomeno del violoncello" the Israeli violoncellist Gabriel Lipkind with the BCO Brussels Chamber Orchestra; Michaël Guttman, conductor. Haydn, Mozart, Cajkovskij

25/7 "Trio energico" Tatjana Vassiljeva, violoncello and Polina Leschenko pianoforte, in trio with Michaël Guttman, violin. Schumann, Chopin, Mendelssohn

26/7 "Lo zar del pianoforte" Boris Berezovski, piano, with Brussels Chamber Orchestra and Michaël Guttman, conductor. Mozart, Haydn

27/7,piazza del Duomo: "Il grandioso piccolo" Jean Louis Beaumadier, flute, with the Brussels Chamber Orchestra and Michaël Guttman, violin and conductor. Vivaldi, Piazzolla Mozart, Dvorak. First performance of "Città Pietrasanta": multimedia hommage by Christoffels&Roland to the Festival.

28/7 "La musica incarnata" il pianista lituano Itamar Golan with Quartetto Arriaga. Brahms.

29/7 "Divina pianista" : Martha Argerich, Quartetto Arriaga. Schumann's Quintet.

30/7 "The classic swing" , Belgian Brass
